How can I find out my ring size?
Luckily all our rings are adjustable and so you do not need to worry about size unless you’re ring size is outside the range. Our rings range from size 5-9. You can find out the exact range of the ring within the product description page.
How do you Adjust the size of the ring?
All the rings are open, and so you can adjust them to your size by opening them further apart or squeezing them in. You can see examples of this on our highlights section of our social media pages.
Can I order jewellery even if it is not on the website?
Currently we are not taking special orders. However if you send us an email detailing your request we most certainly create a custom piece for you.
How does jewellery arrive and how many boxes will I get?
All orders are sent in custom LunaPiena Jewellery shipping bags, with custom LunaPiena Jewellery packaging and within a custom LunaPiena Jewellery pouch. We tend to send 4 pieces per box, however if you have ordered bigger pieces than we may reduce the amount of pieces per box in order to avoid any damage during shipping.

How can I make sure I have correctly placed my purchase order?
Once you have placed an order through our website, you will receive a confirmation email with all entered details, if you notice a problem, don’t worry, just send us an email asap with your name and order no, and we can ensure to amend any details in your order to avoid any delivery problems. Please note that our confirmation emails can end up in your spam folder so be sure to check there if you cannot find it in your inbox.
How can I apply discount codes?
All discounts codes can be entered and claimed during checkout. Once you’ve entered your contact and shipping details you will see a box that reads “discount code” just enter code into this box and the discount will be applied.
Do you have a physical store?
No we do not have a physical shop…YET!
What does it mean when a product is “out of stock”?
If a product shows up as “out of stock” it simply means that at this moment the product is unavailable. You can always reach out to us, and we can let you know when the item will be back in stock. Since the product is still on the site it means that we are just waiting for a new delivery because the product unexpectedly sold out sooner than we anticipated.
Can I still order something that is on your socials but not available on your website?.
If a product is no longer visible on the website it means that that product as been discontinued. However, if you would like to order a special piece just for you we can try and make that happen, just get in touch, send us a picture of what you’re looking for and we can try arrange something for you.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
No, all payments have to make via the website or a bank transfer.
What payment methods do you offer?
When purchasing on the website you can pay via PayPal or credit card.

Worldwide, except, Ukraine, Russia, north of Korea and Iran.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The Shipping arrival time depends on where you are ordering from. If you are ordering from within Europe, it usually takes 7 Business days. If you order from Asia or Americas, it could take up to 14 Business days. You can updated with your shipment progress through the tracking no. which you will receive via email once your order has been processed and shipped.
What company are packages delivered with?
All packages are sent via our nation postal service and so will arrive via your national postal service. For Example, if you have ordered from the UK you will will receive your order from the Royal Mail postal service.
