Exchanges & Returns

There are two options available should you be unsatisfied with your order;

  1. Return

Products purchased from our website may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of when you received them so long as they are returned unused and in the same condition as they are received. This does not apply to earrings (due to hygiene purposes), to jewellery made to the customer’s personal specifications as well as to items on sale or clearance. Such Products may not be returned.

  1. Exchange

Products purchased from our website may be exchanged for another item within 30 days of when you received them so long as they are unused and in the same condition as they are received. This does not apply to earrings (due to hygiene purposes), to jewellery made to the customer’s personal specifications as well as to items on sale or clearance. Such Products may not be exchanged.

Please be advised that unless the Products are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning Products. We recommend that you use the registered mail service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Should you receive products that are faulty the postage costs will be refunded.

Before returning your order, whether it is be for an exchange or refund we require that you send us an email at info@lunapienajewellery.com confirming whether you would like to refund or exchange, the reason, the order number, and your first and last name.

Refunds are processed on the same credit card or through the same payment method used in the initial payment, where possible and are authorised within 7 days of receipt of the returned product.
